Bo Blythe, Diagnostic Imaging, demonstrates the x-ray process at YK Delta Regional Hospital.
On May 18 approximately 95 sixth grade students from Ayaprun Elitnaurvik and Kilbuck elementary schools participated in the Annual Sixth Grade Hospital Tour. The students learned about health careers at each of the tour stops, which included Pharmacy, Nicotine Control, Diagnostic Imaging, Aeromed, and the Emergency Room.
The YK Area Health Education Center would like to say, “Quyana cakneq!” to the volunteers and department personnel who participated in this special event for the sixth grade students.
