Customer surveys help us improve service
Have you received a Press Ganey survey in the mail and wondered what it was for? It is a patient satisfaction survey.
If you received services recently in our Inpatient Department, Emergency Department, Family Medicine (outpatient clinics), Inpatient OB Department and Dental Department, you may get a Press Ganey survey in the mail.
Not every patient gets a survey. All information is kept confidential. This is a random selection list that is generated and sent out. Please take a few minutes to fill it out and mail it back to Press Ganey.
Why?
It helps us to know what we are doing well and where we need to improve. If you need assistance with reading or translation, you can call the hospital and ask for a translator to help read you the survey so you can complete it and send it back.
Two years ago when we started sending out the surveys our score was 65 percent. Since then it has risen to 77 percent. Our goal this year is to raise our patient satisfaction to 86 percent in '06. We cannot improve our services if you don't respond back to us. Help us help you!
