Press Ganey Surveys help make positive changes

Many families receive Press Ganey surveys in the mail after their visit to YKHC.

If you receive one, please take time to fill it out and send it back in the envelope provided, even if you had a pleasant experience. When surveys are sent back we are able to make changes that improve the care that you get at your hospital.

On recently returned surveys OB found that many of the new moms felt uncomfortable with people popping into their room delivering meals or picking up trays. We responded by changing the way meals are delivered! Now your nurse will be bringing you your trays.

We understand that it is the small things as well as the quality medical care that make YKHC the superb hospital that it is. Our goal is to make your experience the very best it can be. Thank you for your input.
