Local agencies to repeat Head Start Roundups
The Head Start Roundup is a collaborative effort between YKHC, PHN, AVCP, and RurAL CAP. Three sessions will be held this month and next at the Public Health Nursing building in Bethel.
At these roundups, the regular and Early Head Start children from various villages receive physical exams, height and weight checks, screening for anemia, hearing screening, a vision check by optometry, a dental exam, WIC screenings and counseling, and lots of great health education by the Health Ed and Nicotine Control programs. And of course, they get their immunizations updated.
Head Start Round-Up Schedule
