16th Tribal Gathering set for April 1-2
The theme of this 16th Tribal Gathering is "A Healthy Mind and Heart." The theme will focus attention on cardiovascular health and the critical need for suicide prevention in Western Alaska communities.

The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) School of Nursing Associate Degree Program launched a new cohort on Jan. 12, 2009. The local program, made possible by partnerships with YKHC and the UAF Kuskokwim Campus, has nine students from across the YK Delta region.
