If you are a recent patient of the YKHC Bethel hospital, Emergency Room, and Clinics, you may be receiving a survey in the mail asking about your last visit and what we can do to improve your healthcare in the future. The survey, created by Press Ganey, is the most widely used survey tool in hospitals nationwide.
"Our patients are essential participants in defining and improving quality," said Maryann Schaffer, Patient Care Services Administrator. "We need input from the people we serve to help with our continuing effort to improve the quality of service we provide."
The results will be used to help YKHC focus on issues important to our patients. We ask for people to please take the time to fill out the survey and put it in the mail. Your views are important, and we want to hear from you!
