Lifetime Honorary YKHC Board Member Dr. Paul “Kangrilnguq” John passes on.
Last summer and fall, YKHC submitted a Joint Venture Construction Program (JVCP) proposal to the IHS to construct a new outpatient clinic and renovate the Bethel hospital. Recently, YKHC was notified by IHS that the application was rated number one out of the 37 IHS received from across the United States.
Starting Wednesday, December 24, at noon and continuing through Thursday, December 25, 2014, Bethel’s YKHC hospital, subregional, village clinics and administrative offices will be closed
