YKHC cares about customer service. We want to shorten wait times for all our patients. All patients need to check in at registration 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
If you are late for your check-in, you will lose your appointment and you may have to reschedule for another day.
If you cannot make your appointment, please call to cancel and reschedule. Remember to check in at Registration 30 mintues before your appointment.

Advanced Access
YKHC's patient care system, called Advanced Access, allows us to providebetter care to our patients by substantially reducing the time you must wait for an appointment.
