Get Your Flu Shot!

Don’t forget it is especially important for you or your loved ones to get the influenza vaccine if you:

  • are over 65 years old
  • have chronic health problems such as diabetes
  • are at least 3 months pregnant during the flu season
  • have lung disease, heart disease, kidney disease, or asthma
  • have a weakened immune systems from HIV/AIDS

Influenza vaccine is recommended for:

  • Health care workers
  • Healthy children 6 months to 23 months of age
  • Household contacts of children 0 to 23 months of age
  • Anyone who wants the flu vaccine can have it. Just ask!
