LOW
At low risk, individuals should stay up to date on vaccinations, including booster doses, and get tested for COVID-19 if they exhibit symptoms. Individuals should follow CDC guidance on isolation and precautions. Those who are at high risk of getting severely ill should talk with
a healthcare provider about additional preventative measures they can take. Learn more at the CDC’s website.

If you tested positive for COVID-19 on an at-home test, please call the YKHC Contact Tracing team at 907-543-6420 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to report your positive result.
