Congratulations to all of the individuals who have successfully completed the Record Custodian course! As Record Custodians they are the only YKHC employees recognized and authorized to disclose information from the organization.

This Level I and II training curriculum focuses on ensuring that proper disclosure processes are completed in accordance with the Privacy Act and YKHC policies and procedures.

Level III consists of additional training to ensure disclosure processes are completed in accordance with regulations for Behavioral Health and Alcohol & Drug programs.

Attending the classes and successfully passing the examinations are required prior to receiving this prestigious recognition.

“These individuals have willingly accepted a tremendous amount of responsibility and I commend them for that. The training is intense,” said Roger Lowe, Interim Corporate Compliance Officer and instructor of the Record Custodian courses, “but they have clearly demonstrated that it can be accomplished!”
