YKHC Board and Senior Leadership has submitted the organization’s FY13 Capital funding requests to the State Legislature, placing its focus and attention in requesting an upgrade and expansion to Bethel’s statewide Phillips Ayagnirvik Treatment Center (PATC) as the number one funding priority in alignment with the current administration’s focus, Choose Respect.

Additional funds requested include a focus on Sobering Center operational costs and an Emergency Response/Preparedness Warehouse facility which would benefit the whole region in the event of a major disaster or pandemic.
