Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Benefits

YKHC’s Women, Infant and Children (WIC) program has helped thousands of parents and guardians receive WIC benefits—and we can help you too!

If you are pregnant, or a parent or guardian of a child under age 5, you likely are eligible to receive WIC benefits, including access to supplemental foods, information on breastfeeding and healthy eating, and referrals to other health care services.

To start, apply online by filling out the forms that apply to you and your family.  A WIC representative will call you to follow up.

If you have any questions during this process, please call us at 907-543-6459.

WIC helps little ones grow up healthy

YKHC’s Women, Infant and Children program (WIC) helps parents and guardians make sure their children get important nutrition early in life, when babies’ brains and bodies are developing quickly. Benefits include access to healthy food, nutrition counselling, regular health check-ups and more!

Thousands of families in the YK Delta receive WIC—and many more qualify! Income requirements vary by family size.
