Where can I get assistance with my travel in Bethel?
The YKHC travel team can assist you at the travel booths at the hospital or at the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge. Travel can be reached by phone at 833-543-6625.
How do I book a room at the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge (QCL)?
The YKHC Travel Team can assist you with making a reservation once your medical travel is booked.
Do I need a reservation at the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge (QCL) if I am traveling for medical care?
Reservations are strongly recommended in order to ensure a room. Patients with a room voucher may be able to receive a room without a reservation, if space permits.
What is time is check at the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge?
We invite guests to check in starting at 3 p.m. All guests must check in 6 p.m. If you are unable to check in by 6 p.m., you must call the lodge at 907-543-6725 to let them know you will be arriving late. Reservations will be cancelled for guests who do not check in or call before 6 p.m. so that the room may be given to another customer.

Check out time is 11 a.m.
What if I need to cancel my reservation at the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge?
Please cancel by calling the lodge at 907-543-6725. Or contact YKHC Travel Team at 833-543-6625 during business hours and they will cancel for you.

The shuttle can be reached by calling 907-543-0185.
What is the schedule for the YKHC customer shuttle?
Shuttles leave the main entrance of the hospital every 30 minutes between 7 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. (Shuttles start at 9 a.m. on Sunday.) Regular stops include the QCL, Yute Air and Grant Aviation (green and blue terminals.) Other hotel stops are available by request. The shuttle is only for YKHC patients and will NOT make any stops other than the hotels, airport and hospital. After hours and holidays, please call 907-543-0185.
Where can I get meal tickets for meals at the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge?
Meal tickets, valid at the QCL and at the hospital, are provided at check in.
