YKHC revises COVID-19 holiday and weekend reporting process

We have all worked hard together for nearly a year to slow the spread of COVID-19. As we have learned during that time, responding to the ongoing pandemic is a marathon and not a sprint. And while the arrival of a vaccine provides hope for our future, we still have a long road ahead of us.

To preserve staff capacity and resources for on-going pandemic response, effective this week, YKHC will no longer publish COVID-19 case statements on weekends or holidays. YKHC will publish case statements for weekends and holidays on the next business day. YKHC providers will continue to call and notify individuals of positive test results on weekends and holidays.

YKHC remains committed to doing everything we can to protect YK Delta residents’ health and well-being and continue working tirelessly to provide care, information, and resources that support you, your family, and our communities.
