INGREDIENTS:

1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 cup sugar free whipped topping

3 pints fresh or frozen berries

PREPARATION:

In a large bowl, combine yogurt and berries.

Gently fold in whipped topping.

Refrigerate or freeze for 2 hours to firm.

Use any combination of berries: cloudberries, tundra blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries
