INGREDIENTS:

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

2 teaspoons curry powder

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon chili powder (increase for more spice)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 bird

PREPARATION 

Heat oven to 375◦ F.

Mix all spices and salt with olive oil.

Place half of spice mixture under skin and distribute evenly.

Use other half of spice mixture to cover outside of the bird.

Spray bottom of baking dish with cooking spray.

Place bird in baking dish and bake in oven 60-70 minutes or until done.
