| INGREDIENTS: |
| 1/4 cup berries, smashed |
| 1 small spruce tip, crushed |
| 1 can unflavored sparkling water |
| Ice cubes |
| PREPARATION: |
| 1. Add smashed berries and spruce tip to a glass. |
| 2. Pour in sparkling water and stir. |
| 3. Add ice cubes, stir and enjoy. |
