INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup oatmeal
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
1 Cup berries
1 1/2 Cup milk

PREPARATION:
1. Add all ingredients into a jar or plastic bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
