INGREDIENTS:
8 cups rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces
8 cups water
1 orange, peeled and sliced in rings
1-2 pints of berries, mashed
PREPARATION:
In a large pot, combine rhubarb and water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
Using a colander, strain rhubarb into a large bowl, pressing with spatula to extract juice.
Stir in orange slices and mashed berries.
Cool, pour into pitcher, and serve over ice.
