Effective this week, YKHC will change its daily COVID-19 case statement reporting to once-weekly. Should data indicate a significant increase in cases around the region, YKHC’s Incident Command Team will re-evaluate whether to return to a daily reporting frequency.
Case statements will continue to provide case information by date and village name (if the Tribe has given YKHC permission to publish that information).
Although the reporting schedule is changing, YKHC will continue to track and monitor COVID-19 cases in the region, notifying close contacts of infected individuals.
Vaccinations and boosters remain critical in protecting our region from COVID-19. YKHC urges everyone 6 months and older to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and everyone ages 5 and older to stay up-to-date on their COVID-19 boosters. To learn more, visit www.ykhc.org/vaccines.
