Oven Roasted Cauliflower
INGREDIENTS:
1 head cauliflower, sliced in small florets or 1/2″ steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
PREPARATION:
Heat oven to 425◦F
Slice cauliflower into 1/2″ thick steaks, breaking up wedges into even, bite-sized pieces.
Place cauliflower on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper.
Sprinkle spice mixture onto cauliflower and toss to evenly coat.
Spread cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet and bake at 425◦F for 15-20 minutes, until cauliflower reaches desired crispiness.

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
INGREDIENTS:
1 head cauliflower, sliced into small florets
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup hot sauce
PREPARATION:
Heat oven to 450◦F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
Add cauliflower into large gallon-sized bag, pour hot sauce mixture into bag. Shake until cauliflower florets are fully coated.
Spread on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
